FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What if I need to cancel my booking?
A. Please give as much notice as possible. Less than one week ( week booking) or one day ( day booking) will lead to deposit being retained unless the cycles are rebooked on a new booking.

Q. How far do you deliver?
A. Normal delivery radius 15 miles surrounding Shaftesbury. If unsure, please call to check.

Q. Am I covered by any kind of insurance?
A. We do have public liability insurance and our bikes are covered for accidental loss or damage with an excess of £25. Exclusions on wear & tear, racing, punctures, and left unattended. If unsure, then please ensure your own personal insurance covers you.

Q. What if I want to extend the booking?
A. This will incur an additional charge and depend on availability. Please talk to us first.

Q. What if my bike is stolen?
A. All our bikes are equipped with a padlock which must be used in accordance with our Terms and Conditions . If, however, this has failed to prevent a bike from being stolen we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Q. What happens if the weather is really bad on the day I've booked bikes?
A. Please refer to answer on cancellation

Q. What if the bike or a part fails during the booking?
A. Please call us for assistance. We supply a puncture toolkit with the bikes anyway. If appropriate we can aim to swap the bicycle for another or remove /return for repair.

Q. Why does the Paypal payment have an additional charge?
A. They charge 3.4% for the privelege of using their payment process and we have to pass on that charge directly. Some people prefer this so as to hide their payment details.
